Brazing in a Continuous Furnace

Multiple metals are secured using a carbon fixture and joined together.

[Spot Resistance Welding]

Torch Brazing (Gas Welding)

Metals are joined together by combustion heat from a mixture of LP gas and oxygen.
YAG Laser Welding

Yag laser welding is a technique to melt metals and others with high energy from a laser. Light irradiated from a lens concentrates light energy into a set focal diameter.
TIG Welding

TIG welding is a welding process that uses a tungsten electrode to produce an arc between base material to melt and bond base material and electrode with the heat.
Spot Welding (Resistance Welding)

– Spot welding (resistance welding) is a welding process in which metals are joined together by the heat obtained from resistance heating.
– Electric current is applied, and heated to contact resistance for a certain time by Joule’s law and workpieces are melted and joined together locally.
